Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days after your order is confirmed. Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is placed. All orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. OT X Alona cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control.

Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link, here you will also have the option of opting in for text updates. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.
                                                       

Returns

While we hope you are very happy with your purchase, we do understand that things happen. Please refer below:

LASH SET: For sanitary purposes, once a lash/Nail set has been shipped out, there will be no returns/refunds allowed. OT customers can take comfort in knowing they will never recieve returned/used/ products.

SUNGLASSES: Your order will be packaged with care & padding, but in the case that your package arrives damaged or broken, Please contact OT X Alona with 2 days of delivery confirmation to resolve.
